Relief Care
As a new patient, you may have pain or concerns that need to be addressed promptly. At first you may need to get chiropractic adjustments two or three times weekly to reduce or eliminate the symptoms that are occurring. This phase of care is also known as Acute Care or Symptom Care.
Corrective Care
After receiving Relief Care and eliminating or reducing symptoms, some may believe there is no need for further care. However, with many conditions, symptoms are often the last thing to show up and the first thing to disappear.
The Corrective Care phase is a very important step in restoring function, tissue healing, and stabilizing spinal function. Your condition and progress will determine the amount of visits needed to complete the healing process. To aid in this process, you will be provided with rehabilitative exercises designed to support the chiropractic care.
Wellness Care
As a patient in the Wellness Care phase, you can now utilize chiropractic care preventatively so that minor problems are addressed before they become major problems. Having your spine checked periodically, a healthy diet and regular exercise will give you the benefit of living life to the fullest!
